We design Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Reports for our Clients.
A Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) is preceded by a skills audit and a gap analysis. This is then compared with your industry critical skills. Thereafter a comprehensive Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) is crafted and submitted to the relevant SETA.
Annual Training Reports (ATR) are submitted together with the WSP. For B-BBEE purposes, failure to submit the WSP and ATR will result in no points scored under the Skills Development element irrespective of the training conducted.

Skills program training is an occupation-based learning program aimed at building skills of economic value, incorporating at least one-unit standard. The time frame for skills programmes are designed according to the needs and are conducted over a few weeks depending on the program. These vocational courses are outcome-based and allow individuals to gain a more thorough understanding of the industry and workplace that they are entering.

We apply for grants on behalf of clients to SETA and assist clients with tax rebates applications or implementation.
