About Us

Muthelo College is a B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor and Mentor-Led Learning Platform that allows you to learn anywhere, anytime. We believe empowerment is the gateway to developing skills for transformation Our aim is to work with the Private Sector and Government to eradicate the high unemployment rate by developing a competent workforce through diligent learning in their skill area.

Our Learnership Programs: We offer a variety of learnership programs that focus on leadership and development to prepare entry-level managers, supervisors, and middle managers to advance to the next level of management. It is our objective to assist those who are currently unemployed find employment following the completion of their learnership program. Employed learners will gain management and leadership skills that will facilitate their advancement to the next level of management.

Our Story: It all began by identifying the need for previously disadvantaged groups to have access to quality education and employment opportunities. In partnership with the private sector and government, we re-direct these circumstances through learnerships, which provide on-the-job training while also providing learners with education and experience.

Education is deeply ingrained in our hearts, as evidenced by our Director Mpho Mutavhatsindi who is a candidate for an E-MBA at the University of Cape Town coupled with serving in this industry for more than a decade, positioning us as industry leaders.
